PRICES

All prices, discounts, and promotions posted on this site are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes. Posted prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling. All such taxes and charges will be added to your merchandise total and will be itemized in your shopping cart and your order confirmation email. I strive to display accurate price information, however, I may, on occasion, make inadvertent typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to pricing, promotions, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time and to cancel any orders arising from such occurrences.

ORDER PROCESSING

Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekend days or holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Orders for Priority Shipping will be processed the same day if received by 12:00 PM EST.  Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). All purchases are subject to credit authorization before processing. Only authorized purchases may be processed and shipped.

ORDER STATUS

Customers who have registered for an account with the Emerald's Beauty Website can check the status of pending orders by visiting the Order Status page. Alternatively, you may email us by using our contact page. Once your order is shipped, your tracking number, if available, will be displayed. To track your order via the carrier's website, you may click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order. *Please note: Some carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24 to 48 business hours after the order is shipped.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are canceled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons for cancellation are:

• Item(s) not available.

• Difficulty in processing payment information.

• Cannot ship to the address provided.

• A duplicate order was placed.

• Canceled due to a customer request.

• Purchase limits have been exceeded.

If your order is canceled, you will receive an email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any canceled items. If you are interested in placing a new order or if you have questions about a canceled order, please contact Emerald's Beauty Customer Service Mon-Sun 6am-6pm EST via email.

ITEM AVAILABILITY

If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email. You will not be charged for any item that is out of stock.

No Return Policy:

Once items are shipped or services are completed, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or provide refunds. We stand behind the quality of our products and services and ensure that they meet our high standards. However, due to the nature of our business, where items are customized or services are provided based on individual preferences, we cannot accommodate returns.
