1. Non-Refundable Deposits:

 

  •   A non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments. This deposit secures your booking and contributes to the overall cost of your service.

  •   The deposit amount may vary based on the type and duration of the service and will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

  •   Deposits can be paid via Cash App, Apple Pay, or through our website, and detailed payment instructions will be provided upon booking.

  •   In the event of appointment cancellation or rescheduling, the deposit will not be refunded.


2. No Money Back After Services Are Completed:

 

  •   Once your service is completed, we do not offer refunds for any reason. This policy ensures that we maintain consistent service quality for all our clients.

  •   If you have any concerns or are unsatisfied with your service, please bring them to our attention during your appointment so we can address them promptly.

 

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

  • We understand that life can be unpredictable, and scheduling changes may be necessary. 

  •  If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. 

  •  Appointments canceled or rescheduled with sufficient notice will allow you to transfer your deposit to a new booking, it will not be refunded.


4. Late Arrival:

 

  •   We strive to provide excellent service to all clients, and punctuality is crucial.

  •   If you arrive 30 minutes late for your appointment, your service will be canceled to accommodate other bookings, and your deposit will not be transferred or refunded. 


5. Service Guarantee:

  •     We are committed to providing high-quality beauty services. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your service, please let us know immediately at the time of service. We will do our best to address your concerns and ensure your satisfaction.

 

6. Additional Disclosures:

  •    Prices may vary based on the service provider, and these variations will be communicated to you before your appointment.

  •    We use top-quality products and follow strict hygiene and sanitation standards to ensure your safety and well-being.
